Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and sv6666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sv6666 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, promotions and related content made available through the website at sv6666.im and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility & Age Verification

Age Verification Process

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. If it is determined that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any net deposits may be returned at sv6666's discretion in accordance with applicable law.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player may hold only one Account on the sv6666 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, sv6666 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and forfeit any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (or your applicable jurisdiction), a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your own name. You must not use fictitious names, pseudonyms or the personal details of any other individual.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. sv6666 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sv6666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sv6666 immediately at [email protected]. sv6666 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation. All activity conducted on your Account prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access remains your responsibility unless sv6666 is found to have been at fault.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sv6666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include proof of identity (NID, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe may be restricted or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

sv6666 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the rules set out in this section. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that the funds do not originate from any unlawful activity.

Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. sv6666 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card held in the depositing player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed or suspended.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. sv6666 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of Platform approval during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6).

sv6666 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where KYC documentation is outstanding, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the terms of an active bonus have not been satisfied.

Currency and Exchange Rates

Accounts denominated in BDT will have all transactions processed in Taka. Accounts in INR will be processed in Indian Rupees. Where currency conversion is required, sv6666 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a small conversion margin. The applicable rate will be displayed clearly prior to confirmation of any cross-currency transaction.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first deposit on sv6666 may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the terms of the active welcome offer at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed more than once per player, household, device or IP address.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by sv6666 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless specified otherwise, the following general rules apply to bonus wagering:

General Bonus Rules

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.

Only one bonus may be active in a player's Account at any one time unless specifically stated otherwise. Players must opt in to bonuses where an opt-in mechanism is provided — bonuses will not be automatically applied unless the promotion states otherwise.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sv6666 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of the Account balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Fraudulent and Dishonest Conduct

• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

Money Laundering and Financial Crime

• Using the sv6666 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.
• Structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds or reporting obligations.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or accepting payment from a third party for the purpose of funding an Account.

Platform Abuse

• Attempting to access or interfere with the sv6666 platform's technical infrastructure, including hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised data scraping.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error will be voided.
• Creating multiple Accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or other first-time player promotions.
• Communicating abusive, threatening, offensive or discriminatory content to sv6666 staff or other platform users through any channel.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the sv6666 platform, including but not limited to the sv6666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, images, audio, video, data compilations and database structures, is the exclusive property of sv6666 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the sv6666 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, disassembled, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of sv6666. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sv6666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Maximum Liability Cap

sv6666's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

sv6666 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, government action, power outages, or any other event classified as force majeure. In such circumstances, sv6666 will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as quickly as practicable.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Bets already placed prior to the effective date of any amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time of placement.

Account Closure by the Player

Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Real Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Account Suspension or Closure by sv6666

sv6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Where an Account is closed by sv6666 due to a breach of these Terms, sv6666 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, sv6666 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part as a remedy for losses suffered.

Governing Law & Disputes

Bet Settlement Disputes
